About Us

MaliModi Game Labs is the passion project of avid board gamer, Todd Bayless. Santa Cruz, California is where Todd can be found enlisting the help of his friends and family to playtest game ideas. His methods are anything but scientific, which inspired him to take the Latin word for “bad methods” as the name for his game company.

When he isn’t designing or playing board games, Todd is a licensed residential architect and also enjoys disc golf, TTRPGs, Magic: The Gathering, and video games.
